公司沿革

        民國六十年代是台灣經濟發展史上最重要的一個關鍵時代，各項重大工程隨著十大建設計畫應運而生，尤其營造業在此一黃金時代更有著舉足輕重的地位，中麟公司的前身一耀德工程公司便在契合國家工程建設的理念下，投入建設行列，嗣因日益蓬勃發展的業務需求，再改組為大成營造有限公司。公司在穩健經營的目標下持續成長。並於

民國74年9月17日成立為直甲級之中麟營造股份有限公司，資本額為新台幣 24,000,000元。

民國80年12月27日，增資為新台幣 160,000,000元。

民國82年7月22日，增資為新台幣 210,000,000元。

民國85年10月23日，增資為新台幣 310,000,000元。

民國86年9月9日，增資為新台幣 500,000,000元。

民國87年7月23日，增資為新台幣 602,540,000元。

History

       The year's of 70's was earmarked as a pivotal era to Taiwan's economic history. The island's economy was jumpstarted by the commencement of the nation's " Ten Grand Development Projects", that heralded a golden age for the construction industry. Yaotec Engineer Co., Ltd., the former company of Chung-Lin, rode with the tide and regrouped himself to Tacheng Construction Co., in response to the growing demands. Enjoying years of sable growth, Chung-Lin was spun-off from Tacheng as a Class A construction company
